“Wedding Invitation” is a multidisciplinary artistic event that combines a theatrical show with a music performance with visual artistic installation. This special event ranges from an exhibition to a celebration, from authentic wedding memories to a huge show.
The work explores the wedding experience and its Jewish roots from a contemporary feminist perspective, offering a nuanced reflection on tradition and identity.
While working on the installation, I invited women to present their wedding dresses and I documented their stories. In addition, I presented sculptures I made on the subject of a dress made of wire and paper.
